Oral and Poster Program

How to Submit presentation Data

Oral Presentation
  • ・Allotted time for presentation: 8 min.
  • ・Maximum number of slides is 15 without cover and COI slides.
  • ・Please insert audio to your slides.
  • ・Submit your PowerPoint slides by e-mail attachment to meeting secretariat by February 25th.
Poster Presentation
  • ・Maximum number of slides is 10 without cover and COI slides.
  • ・Submit your PowerPoint slides (without audio)by e-mail attachment to meeting secretariat by February 25th.
If the size of data are large, please send them by data storage service.

Concerning Conflicts of Interest

All speakers are required to disclose any COI (Conflict of Interest) on the second slide of the presentations, or at the bottom of their posters.
