Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission Period

Thursday, March 20 - Thursday May 15, 2025 (JST)

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submitted abstracts should be prepared by following instruction below.
*Abstracts must be written in English.

  1. Title, Affiliation, Name, Abstract
  2. The title of abstract must be limited to 30 words.
  3. The body of abstract without images should not exceed 400 words in length.

Abstract Submission Categories

Submitters of abstract are able to choose in which category they would like to submit their abstracts.

Abstract Submission Categories are as below.

  • International Session / Oral
  • International Session / Poster
  • The best abstracts will be selected from the oral presentations (only members of the Japanese Society of Pharmaceutical Health Care and Sciences (JSPHCS)).
  • Due to the limited number of slots for oral presentations, abstracts that wish to give oral presentations may be changed to poster presentations.

Abstract Submission

Abstract should be submitted online.

  1. Click the "Abstract Submission" button below to access the abstract submission system(CONVENRY).
  2. Click the "New Registration" button and enter your contact information to create a login ID for the system.
  3. After creating your ID, you will be directed to the abstract submission page. Click the "Submit a new abstract" button to proceed.
  4. Enter the title, your name, and co-author information. Then click the "NEXT" button to proceed to the abstract body input screen.
  5. Enter the abstract body information and click the "NEXT" button to proceed to the confirmation screen of your input information.
  6. On the confirmation screen, click "Check your Abstract". A PDF file will open in a new window. After reviewing, please close this window.
  7. The "Submit" button will appear in the original window. Click this button to complete your submission.
    **Note: Your submission is not finalized until you click the "Submit" button. Please be careful not to end the process prematurely. **
  8. After submission, you can log in from the "Already registered" option on the screen in step 1 to modify or withdraw your submitted data.
    **Important: After submitting, modifying, or withdrawing your abstract, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that depending on your email service, this notification may be directed to your spam folder.**
  9. On abstract submission form, please select whether you have obtained an approval of the ethics committee, e.g. IRB, or if it is not necessary.
    In the case that a presentation theme relates to “Ethical guidelines for Clinical Research”, the approval of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) or the Ethical Review Board (ERB) is required. Please refer to the guideline of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Notification of Acceptance / Rejection

The president will respect the authors’ preference but reserves the right to assign the category and make the final decision of acceptance/rejection.
Authors will be notified by e-mail in June whether his/her abstract has been accepted for presentation.
