著者の利益相反（COI）申告について

筆頭著者のみならず、共著者全員の利益相反（COI）申告が必要です。
COI申告のない著者が含まれている場合、抄録にその著者名を記載することができません。
必ず期限までに全著者の申告をお願いいたします。

演題募集

日本循環器学会会員の方でなくても応募・発表は可能です。

※ただし、Award Session（口演発表）の筆頭著者は、日本循環器学会会員に限りますので、ぜひこの機会にご入会の手続きをお願いします。

2023年5月29日（月）～8月23日（水）

発表形式

一般演題より、Award Session（口演発表）での発表を募集します。
発表者は厳正なる審査の上、選出いたします。
選出されなかった場合にはポスター発表をお願いいたします。
なお、Award Session（口演発表）へのお申込みは日本循環器学会会員に限ります。

一般演題の応募者より、Award Sessionの発表者を選定し、当日審査の上、受賞者を決定いたします。
受賞者には副賞を授与いたします。

・最優秀賞　20万円／1名
・優秀賞　10万円／4名

Award Sessionでの発表を希望される方は、演題登録時に会員番号をご入力ください。会員番号が不明な方は以下までお問い合わせください。

Poster Awardについて

ポスター発表を行う演題の中から、当日審査を行いPoster Awardを選出いたします。
受賞者には副賞を授与いたします。

演題登録時の留意点

（1）入力の際の注意事項

・【目的】、【症例】、【対象・方法】、【結果】、【考察】、【結論】等を入れ、具体的に記載してください。
・図表、ローマ数字、○付き数字、半角カタカナは使用できません。
・文字装飾や特殊文字については、登録ページ内の案内をご参照ください。

（2）パスワードの設定と管理

・演題を登録する際に、パスワードを入力いただきます。
・登録IDとパスワードは登録演題内容の変更、受領確認にも必要ですので必ず記録して大切に保管いただきますようお願いいたします。
・パスワードを紛失した場合でも、セキュリティーの関係上、お問い合わせには一切応じられませんのでご注意ください。

（3）演題登録完了通知

・演題登録が完了すると、ご登録いただいたE-mailアドレス宛に登録完了通知が自動送信されます。
・登録完了通知が届かない場合は、新規演題登録が完了していないか、登録したE-mailアドレスの誤入力、またはご自身のPCの設定上、迷惑メール扱いとなっている可能性がございます。迷惑メールフォルダをご確認の上、未受信の場合は運営事務局までE-mailにてお問い合わせください。

（4）登録内容の確認・修正・削除

・演題登録IDとパスワードを用いて、演題募集期間中に限り抄録の修正・削除が可能です。
・登録された抄録は、原則としてそのまま印刷されます。提出者の責任において正確に作成してください。演題名・抄録本文のほか、共著者名についても十分ご確認ください。
・登録締切後の抄録の変更、および共著者の追加・変更は一切できません。

（5）演題の取消し

演題の取消しは、会期の2ヶ月前（2023年10月6日）までに連絡をいただいた場合に限り受理します。以後（2023年10月7日～）は発表業績として取り扱うこととし、取消しはいたしかねます。

（6）採否の審査

演題の採否は、主催者が決定いたします。

（7）演題の採否通知

採否の結果は、10月上旬ごろにE-mailにてご連絡いたします。

利益相反（COI）

日本循環器学会の医学系研究の利益相反（Conflict of Interest, COIと略す）に関する共通指針と細則に基づき、発表者全員は、配偶者、一親等の親族、生計を共にする者も含めた当該演題発表に関する「医学系研究に関連する企業、法人組織や営利を目的とした団体」との経済的な関係について、過去3年間におけるCOI状態の有無を申告してください。詳細は本会ホームページ「利益相反（COI）」ページをご参照の上、演題登録時にファイルをアップロードしてください。また、筆頭著者は共著者も含めたCOI状態について、演題名スライドの次（2枚目）あるいはポスターの最後に開示してください。

採否について

採否および発表日時の最終決定は主催者へ一任いただきます。
採否および発表日時は演題登録の際に登録されたE-mailアドレスへ送信いたします。

The 7th JCS Council Forum on Basic Cardio Vascular Research（BCVR）

[IMPORTANT] Disclosure of Conflict of Interest

The first author and co-authors are all required to disclose their Conflicts of Interest (COI) when submitting abstracts. Co-authors who failed to disclose the status of COI will be excluded from the author list in their abstracts.

※Only the members of JCS can register for the Award Session（Oral Presentation）.

Submission Dates and Deadline

Presentation format

We are calling for two types of presentation for the general session: Award Session（Oral Presentation）and Poster Presentation.
Abstracts applied to Award Session might be accepted for poster presentation as a result of review.

Language

All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Please also make your presentation in English.

Award Session

All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Please also make your presentation in English on the day.

Qualifications

Must be a member of the Japanese Circulation Society.
Presenters for Award Session will be selected from those who have submitted abstracts for the Award Session.
Awardees will be selected during the session and receive supplemental prizes.

・Best Award JPY 200,000 / one person
・Excellent Award JPY 100,000 / four-persons

Poster Award

Poster Award will be selected among those who make poster presentations.
The winner will receive a supplemental prize.

COI（Conflict of Interest Disclosure）

Under a common policy concerning conflict of interest (hereinafter "COI") in medical research and regulations concerning COI Policy in Medical Research, all presenters and co-presenters are required to self-disclose any COI status including the COI status of the presenter's spouse (partner), immediate family (first of kin), or those who are residing in the presenter's household, and must describe the related commercial entities, foundation organizations, and any other groups related to the medical research which aim to derive profit within the preceding 3 year.
More details are available at "COI" page. Presenters shall disclose applicable COI status when they submit their abstracts, and also at the begging of the slide presentation (or on a slide following the slide showing the title of presentation and name of presenters), or at the end of a poster.

Reviewing

The president of the forum delegates reviewers. They review all submitted abstracts and decide.
Acceptance notice and your presentation time/date will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
We will also inform you on the website.

Abstract submission

Travel Award

The Travel Award is JPY 50,000 → JPY 100,000.
The best abstracts (Max: 20) from abroad.
Deadline for application is August 23, 2023. Extended to September 6, 2023. closed

Eligibility Criteria

A Travel Award is provided to the first author.
The first author must give a presentation on the accepted abstract at the 7th JCS Council Forum on Basic Cardio Vascular Research.
Even if more than one abstract is accepted, the travel award will be provided for only one abstract.
The deadline for Travel Award application is August 23, 2023. Extended to September 6, 2023. closed
Applicants who reside in the countries listed below must submit the certificate of residence to the congress secretariat during the meeting.
If you cannot submit them, you won’t be able to receive the travel award.

*Please note that it takes a few months to obtain the certificate of residence in some countries.
*Please be informed that the forms submitted to the congress secretariat by applicants will not be returned no matter what the result of the peer review of the abstract. They will be disposed of by the secretariat.

Applicants of Travel Award for 7th BCVR don’t need to submit the certificate of residence.

Peer Review

All abstracts will be reviewed in the same manner, regardless of application for the travel award. Abstract acceptance is determined by the Congress President, based on the reviews by the Abstract Review Committee commissioned by the Congress Chairperson.
The acceptance will be announced by email around early October.

The best abstracts (Max:20) can receive the travel award.

Notification

Grant applicants will receive an email notification of results with detailed information in early October.

Visa Support

The details will be announced at a later time.
