Early-bird Registration: February 4, 2026 at noon – April 20, 2026
Late Registration: April 21, 2026 at noon – July 3, 2026

REGISTRATION FEES
- All payments must be made in Japanese yen

Must be made in Japanese yen.
Only credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club) are acepted.

NOTIFICATION TO ATTENDEES AFTER REGISTRATION

- After completing each step of the registration process, a total of three emails will be automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login password of your registered account.

NAME BADGE

Please present your "Payment Confirmation" e-mail sent from the registration office at the General Information Desk at the venue to receive your name badge.
You will not be allowed to enter sessions, exhibitions, and official events without your name badge.
