- ※1 Medical interns/ Residents, Graduate Students, and Health-Care Professionals (Co-Medicals) must provide a certified document to prove the personal status.
- ※2 Students can enter with free of charge, however, must provide a photo copy of student ID.
- ※3 ［Residents of Japan only］Those who wish to have your program/abstract book delivered in advance, please pay an additional 1,000JPY for delivery.(Scheduled to be sent in late September,2022)
◎ A program/abstract book is included in the registration fee and the book will be provided on site.

Those who participate at the venue:
Name badge will be issued by scanning the QR code at the venue.QR code is attached to the e-mail from registration office, or displayed on the main menu of the registration system.
Please be sure to bring the e-mail (or printout) with you.

The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments.
Payments cannot be made with "cards that are not compatible with 3D Secure 2.0ver" due to the rule change of VISA and MasterCard that became effective on November 5, 2021.
If your card issuer does not support 3D Secure 2.0ver, you will not be able to make a payment.
Please contact your card issuer to find out if it is compatible with 3D Secure 2.0ver.
