Payment

Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.

- Payment should be made only in Japanese yen and by credit card.
- The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments via on-line.

- The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design Registration".

Receipt / Certificate of Attendance

Receipt and certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your registration account.

Receipt: from immediately after the payment is completed until one month after the end of the congress.
Certificate: from the first day of the congress (Nov. 14) until one month after the end of the congress.

Payment Confirmation

- A payment confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered email address immediately after the payment is completed. Please save this email carefully as you will need it at the venue.

- Please be sure that your email account does not automatically discard the confirmation to the spam folder.

- If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Changes of Registration

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not accept any cancellation requests and no refunds will be given for registration.
