Banquet
Banquet will be held at the Universal Studios Japan. We sincerely hope you'll join us!
<Banquet with Studio Pass>
- Date and Time: October 12 (Sunday), 13:00 PM - 15:00 PM
- Venue: Universal Studios Japan, Stage 33™ and Peacock Theater
- Number of applicants: Congress participants and one accompanying guest, up to 2 people in
total
- Fee: 8,000JPY per person (tax included)
- It includes:
1. 1 Day Studio Pass (Enjoy park attractions freely during operating hours)
2. Standing buffet with all-you-can-drink (including alcohol)
3. Original entertainment show

- Date: October 12 (Sunday)
- Number of applicants: No restrictions
- Fee:
- For congress participants and up to 2 accompanying guests: 5,000JPY per person (tax
included)
- For 3 or more accompanying guests: 8,000JPY per person (tax included) *1
- It includes: 1 Day Studio Pass only

- If you are applying for Studio Pass only and would like to have 4 or more
accompanying guests, please contact the registration office

- Please note that if capacity is reached at the time of your inquiry, we may not be
able to accept your application.
- We may refuse a request of the purchase of an unreasonable number of tickets.
- Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
- Entry to the park will be denied without a ticket on the day of the event.

- Please apply and make payment with congress registration at the same time.
- Application will close once capacity is reached. Early application is recommended.
- There are no child rates. All attendees pay the same price.
- Information about ticket distribution and transportation will be provided on the website
later.

- For changes or cancellations, please contact the registration office

- Refunds will be subject to cancellation fees based on the date the cancellation notice is
received by the registration office. (If you change the plan from “Banquet with Studio Pass”
to “Studio Pass Only,” you will be required to reapply after cancellation, and the
cancellation fee will be applied as follows.)

Payment
Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.
- Payment should be made only in Japanese yen and by credit card.
- The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments via on-line.
- The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design Registration".
Receipt / Certificate of Attendance
Receipt and certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your registration account.

- Receipt: from immediately after the payment is completed until one month after the end of the
congress.
- Certificate: from the first day of the congress (Oct. 9) until one month after the end of the
congress.
Notification to attendees after registration
- After completing each step of the registration process, a total of
three
emails will be automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login
password of your registered account.
- Please save your payment confirmation email as you will need it at the
venue.
- Please be sure that your email account does not automatically discard the confirmation to
the spam folder.

Please be sure to check your "Junk Mail" folder, as notification e-mail may be automatically
sorted into this folder.
- If you do not receive any confirmation emails within 24 hours, please contact the

Changes of Registration
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your registration account.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration Office.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not accept any cancellation requests and no refunds will be given for
registration.
