* Presenters are kindly requested to submit their presentation files with sound (within 7 min) in advance.
These files are delivered on demand from the first day of the conference for about 3 weeks.

  • - Application conditions: Presenter of 45 and under.
    If you are applying for the Award Session, please check it when you submit abstract.
  • - We would like to ask the presenters of Award Session to give their presentations at the venue in principle. Please submit the presentation files in advance, if you can't come to the venue.
    Due to the COVID-19, presentation method of Award Session has been changed from on-site to online (On-demand delivery) format.
  • - This Award will provide prize for the final winners.
* If there are many applications, it may be a free paper in the first screening.
* If you are selected for the symposium with an excellent presentation, you may be excluded from the Award Session.

Submission Guidelines

<General>
  • - Abstract must be prepared in English and should be submitted online.
<Submission>
  1. All abstract applicants are required to create a user account first.
  2. Once the submission is completed, you will receive automatically delivered E-mail confirming the receipt of your abstract. If you do not receive above E-mail within 24 hours after submission, please contact the Conference Secretariat (cleft2022@jtbcom.co.jp).
  3. Abstract submission number will be generated automatically when an abstract is submitted. For changes, withdrawal and additional submission of abstract, please log in with your ID and password by clicking "Abstract Submission" at the bottom of this page.
  4. If you are applying for the Award Session, please check it.
  5. Select one category which is most suitable for your presentation.
  6. FIRST (PRESENTING) AUTHOR - The first author will be the presenting author.
  7. CO-AUTHOR(S) – A maximum of 10 co-authors are allowed for each abstract. Type in the names and affiliations as you would like them to appear in any publication.
  8. The ABSTRACT TITLE should be no longer than 15 words.
  9. Abstract Content (excluding title, authors, affiliations) should include the following headings:
    OBJECTIVES, METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS. The abstract must not exceed 250 words.
    No tables or diagrams should be included.
