Congress bags (cooler bags) will be provided to those who attending the meeting venue, but due to the limited number of these bags, advance registration is required.

About Congress Bags
・The congress bag is a foldable cold storage bag.
・There are four designs available. Please pick up the bag of your choice at the Congress Bag Distribution Desk on the day of the meeting.

How to pre-apply for congress bags
＜Those who have not yet registered for the meeting＞
First of all, please register for this meeting.
You can register for the meeting and pre-register for the congress bag at the same time.

Please log in to your registration account with your ID and password from the "
Click here to pre-register for congress bag" button at the bottom of this page, and proceed from the main menu screen.
Congress bag pre-registration will be accepted online only.
Please note that applications by phone or fax will not be accepted.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only those who have pre-registered and paid the registration fee will be accepted.
Only those who wish to attend on-site are eligible.
Congress bag voucher
Those who apply for a congress bag will receive a name card with a congress bag voucher at the registration desk.
(Congress bag applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not be available during the late registration period.)
Congress Bag Distribution Locations
Congress bags will be distributed at the exhibitor booths of companies that sponsored the congress bag, at the luncheon seminar venue of companies that sponsored the congress bag, or at congress bag distribution points.
Please bring your congress bag voucher to the distribution point to exchange it for a bag.
