Meeting format
The 67th Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery will be held in hybrid format. (Both on-site and partial on-demand streaming after the meeting)
On-site: April 10 (Wed) - April 12 (Fri), 2024 *No live streaming is available.
On-demand streaming: May 7 (Tue) - May 28 (Tue), 2024 *Japanese site only
Luncheon Seminars
Pre-registration for the Luncheon Seminars is required.
Application period: January 24 (Wed), 2024 - March 6 (Wed), 2024
Pre-registration has been closed.
Numbered tickets will be distributed on the day of each seminar at the on-site venue (Kobe International Conference Center 4F Foyer (tentative)) only when seats are available.

Congress Bag
As the Congress Bags are limited in number, pre-registration for Congress Bag is required.
Please pre-register through the online registration system whether you would like to have a Congress Bag or not.
Pre-registration has been closed.
Bag vouchers for the day will be distributed at the on-site venue.
*First-come, first-served basis.

* The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.
* Online registration only. Please be sure to make a registration through online before coming to the venue. No application procedure will be accepted at the venue in-person.

MOU/MOU Candidate Societies / Countries
China (CSPS)・Indonesia (InaPRAS)・Korea (KSPRS)・Pakistan (PAPS)・Philippines (PAPRAS)・Taiwan (TSPS)・Thailand (ThPRS)・USA (ASPS)
- * 1) JSPRS Members are required to enter their membership number in online registration form.
- * 2) Members of the societies that have been/will soon be agreed upon in the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) are considered MOU/MOU candidate members. Need to be verified his/her membership in MOU societies with an official certificate or letter.
- * 3) Residents/Students: Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.
- * 4) Medical Staff: Nurses, pharmacists, and radiologists belong to this category. Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.

On-site applications will be available at the registration desk (in the foyer on the 1st floor of the Kobe International Conference Center). |
* Welcome Reception is NOT included in the Registration fee. Participant needs to purchase a ticket to attend the Welcome Reception.
Please note that seat availability of the Welcome Reception is limited, and the tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
Payment
Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.
- Payment should be made only in Japanese yen and by credit card.
- Credit cards listed below can be used to make payments.
- The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design Registration".
Receipt / Participation certificate
- - Receipt can be downloaded from your registration account.
- - Participation certificate can be downloaded from your registration account from April 10, 2024.
Payment Confirmation
- - A payment confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered email address immediately after the payment is completed. Please save this email carefully as you will need it at the venue.
- - Please be sure that your email account does not automatically discard the confirmation to the spam folder.
- - If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation requests will be accepted, and no refunds will be given for registration.
