The program of the symposium will include Oral sessions and a Poster Preview session, and a Poster session.

Oral Sessions

For Speakers

Each oral presentation is 40 (35+5), 30 (25+5) or 20 (15+5) minutes including time for discussion. To facilitate a smooth transition between talks, we ask that you check the compatibility of your PC with the projector before your scheduled session start time.

Note:　

All presenters are required to check in at the PC desk before the session starts.
PC check desk locates the front of the Oral Session Venue.

For Session Chairs

*Upon arrival:　

Introduce yourself to the venue operator as the session chair.
Confirm all presenters have completed their PC checks.
Verify presentations are loaded and ready.
Begin the session on time.
