Poster Sessions

The purpose of the poster session is to provide a more detailed visual presentation of the selected works and a forum for lively discussion with participants.

Instruction for Poster Presentation

Poster preparation available time:
After 11:00, 10th December.

Poster Session:

Poster dismantling available time:
17:00-17:30, 11th December.

(Please be noted that posters that are not removed by the designated time will be destroyed by the secretariat.)

• The secretariat will put the poster number at the board.
• Please find your poster number.
• Size of the Poster Board　W900/H2100
• The secretariat will provide the push pins at each board.
• Please use the pins for sticking your poster.

• Presenters with a presentation number starting with "1" will present on 10th December (Day 1).
• Presenters with a presentation number starting with "2" will present on 11th December (Day 2).

Please locate your assigned board in the Terrace Room (2nd floor of the venue) and set up your poster before your session begins.
Recommended setup time: December 10th: 11:00-16:00
