* All payment should be made only in Japanese yen.

*1 Japan Contact Lens Society Members are required to enter their membership number.
*2 Residents, Graduate students, Optometrists and International student must provide a certified document [PDF] to prove the personal status.
*3 Students (Excluding graduate students) can only register on-site. Please come directly to the registration desk with your student ID card.
Please note that the program and abstracts are not included.
Payment
Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.
- Payment should be made in Japanese yen, and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB or Diners Club) only.
- The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design Registration".
