Late Registration: March 16, 2023 - March 26 ,2023 (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9)

About Name Badge

Name badge will be issued by scanning a QR code at the venue.

If you have registered during early-bird registration period (by March 9):
The QR code is displayed on the main menu screen of the registration system.
Please log in the system and come to the venue with a paper printout (or screen capture) of the main menu screen beforehand.

If you register at during regular registration period (after March 16):
The QR code is attached to the e-mail which is automatically sent to you after your payment is completed. Please show the e-mail at the venue.
Alternatively, it is also displayed on the main menu of the registration system.

*To log in to the registration system, you need a login ID (your e-mail address) and a password you used to for registration.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reissue them from "Please click here if you forgot your password”.

*Residents and Fellows or Students must provide a certified document to prove the personal status.

Payment

Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or JCB) only.
Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.

Receipt and certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your personal page.

　Receipt: from immediately after the payment is completed until one month after the end of the conference
　Certificate: from the first day of the conference (Mar. 25) until one month after the end of the conference

Payment Confirmation

A Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically after you pay for registration.
If you do not receive an e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Registration Information Changes

Please revise your personal information by logging into your profile page.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not accept any cancellation requests.
