*For security reason, all participants are requested to wear their name badges during all conference activities. No admission to scientific sessions, exhibition and official functions included in the registration fee will be granted without the name badge.

Speaker’s Desk

Presentation data cannot be accepted in the session rooms. Please bring your data in advance to the Speaker’s Desk.
・Please submit your data at least 60 minutes before your session assigned session starts. Those who use their own computer are also requested to come to the Speaker’s Desk to check how they work.
・Overcrowding is expected on the first day and those who will make presentations after the second day are kindly requested to submit their data after 13:00 on March 25(Sat.).
