Registration Fees
* All payment should be made only in Japanese yen.
* Non-taxable / Not a qualified invoice issuer
On-site particitapation
*1 Residents and Fellows, and Students (including
postgraduate) must provide
a certified document [PDF] to prove the personal status.
*3 Registration only for accompanying person category is
not allowed. The representative must also register the accompanying person(s). Please
see
here for
registration procedures.
If you have more than two accompanying persons, please contact the registration office
by e-mail(

Online participation
*On-demand streaming period: 12:00PM, Tuesday, April 14, 2026 - Friday, May 29, 2026.
No live streaming available.
Payment
Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.
- Payment should be made only in Japanese yen and by credit card.
- The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments via
on-line.
- The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design
Registration".
Receipt / Certificate of Attendance
Receipt and certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your registration account.

- Receipt: from immediately after the payment is completed until
one month after the end of
the
congress.
- Certificate: from the first day of the congress (Mar. 27) until
one month after the end
of the
congress.
About Name Badge (For those who will attend the meeting onsite)
Name badge will be issued by scanning a QR code at the venue.
The QR code for name badge printing is attached to the email sent after payment
completion. (It is also displayed on the main menu screen of the registration
system.)
Please bring a printed copy of the QR code or have it ready to display on your
smartphone or tablet screen (screen capture is also acceptable).
*To log in to the registration system, you need a login ID (your e-mail address) and a
password you used to for registration.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reissue them from "Please click here if you
forgot your password”.
Notification to attendees after registration
- After completing each step of the registration process, a
total of three emails will be
automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login password of
your registered account.
- Please be sure that your email account does not automatically
discard the confirmation to the spam folder.
Especially for Free email providers (Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc.) users,
Please be sure to check your "Junk Mail" folder, as notification e-mail may be
automatically sorted into this folder.
- If you do not receive any confirmation emails within 24
hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Changes of Registration
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your registration account.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration
Office.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not accept any cancellation requests.

FujiRetina Secretariat recognizes the importance of personal information and the
importance of our responsibility to protect privacy.
Please note that personal information in the registration system will not be used for
purposes other than the congress. Your information will be stored in controlled servers
with limited access.
