About Name Badge (For those who will attend the meeting onsite)
Name badge will be issued by scanning a QR code at the venue.
If you have registered during early-bird registration period (by March 4 ):
The QR code is displayed on the main menu screen of the registration system.
Please log in the system and come to the venue with a paper printout (or screen capture) of the main menu screen beforehand.

The QR code is attached to the e-mail which is automatically sent to you after your payment is completed. Please show the e-mail at the venue. Alternatively, it is also displayed on the main menu of the registration system.

Payment
Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or JCB) only.
