The meeting will be held in a hybrid style, combining a local event and on-demand streaming later.
Please note: Remote presentations are not available.
On-demand streaming will be provided for oral presentations only; poster presentations will not be available for on-demand viewing.

Those who participate on-site in Tokyo
Abstract book and name badge will be provided on-site.
Abstract book PDF file with password will be also available on our website. *Scheduled for release around early March.
*For security reason, all participants are requested to wear their name badges during all conference activities. No admission to scientific sessions, exhibition and official functions included in the registration fee will be granted without the name badge.
Those who participate on-line
Abstract book PDF file with password will be available on our website. *Scheduled for release around early March.
Abstract book and name badge are not sent to on-line attendees.
Receipt for Registration Fee and Certification
Receipt and Certification can be downloaded from your personal page during the following period.

Receipt: from immediately after the payment is completed until one month after the end of the conference.
Certificate: from the first day of the conference (March 27) until one month after the on-demand streaming period.
Speaker’s Desk
Presentation data cannot be accepted in the session rooms. Please bring your data in advance to the Speaker’s Desk.
・Please submit your data at least 60 minutes before your session assigned session starts. Those who use their own computer are also requested to come to the Speaker’s Desk to check how they work.

Stamp Rally
We invite you to participate in our Stamp Rally through visiting the exhibition area. The back of your name badge serves as your Stamp Rally card.
Please visit all exhibition booths to collect stamps. Once you have collected all stamps, you will be eligible to enter a prize draw.
All participants will receive a small gift. For more information, please visit the exhibition area.

Refreshments are served on a during the coffee break and first-come, first-serve basis in Exhibition Venue (Hall A-1).
Photograph and Recording
Photography, filming and recording during the conference are strictly prohibited, except for official press representatives and those who have received permission from the secretariat in advance.
Please keep your mobile phones in silent mode and refrain from speaking on cell phones.
