Visa Information

Deadline for Visa Support Application: February 28, 2025 (Japan Standard Time)
Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
Please check the following website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures.
The following is the visa support we will provide:
The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you to obtain Single-entry Short-Term Business Visa.
The mentioned documents are required to submit to the Japan Embassy/consulate in your region for the visa acquisition.
Please note that the visa application itself must be done on your side with submission of other documents required.
Before applying for visa support, you are required to take the following steps.
  1. 1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee
    *Please be sure to register the e-mail address of your affiliation (institution, university, company, etc.), not the free mail account.
  2. 2. Book a Flight
  3. 3. Reserve a Hotel

Important Notes

  • * When you are sending us a copy of your passport, please be sure the following points.
    – A copy of the page with the photo is uploaded.
    – Your passport is valid.
    – Passport must be of the nationality indicated on the visa support application.
  • * If you are unable to obtain a visa and cancel your conference registration, the FujiRetina 2025 cancellation policy will still apply.
  • * The organizing committee of the FujiRetina 2025 will issue visa support documents, but this does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.
