On behalf of the members of the Japanese society for clinical electrophysiology of vision (JSCEV), I am pleased to welcome you to the 60th symposium of the International society for clinical electrophysiology of vision (ISCEV). This meeting is being held in conjunction with the 69th edition of the JSCEV meeting from March 13th to 18th, 2023, at Kyoto International Convention Center.
Presently, the world is suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic, but I believe that science will overcome the virus very soon. I am sure that we will be able to meet in Kyoto in 2023, enjoy Japanese tradition, culture, cuisine, architecture, and the ISCEV symposium. I am looking forward to seeing you in person and discussing electrophysiology and eye diseases. We sincerely hope that you can join us in making the 60th ISCEV meeting a complete success.
