  2. * 2) Residents/Students: Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.
  3. * 3) Medical Staff: Nurses, pharmacists, and radiologists belong to this category. Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.

Online participants in the "International Session ONLY" are only allowed to view international sessions on the web.
Viewing other sessions on the web or participating on-site is not available.

Payment

Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or JCB) only.

* Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.
Note:
Payments cannot be made with "cards that are not compatible with 3D Secure 2.0ver" due to the rule change of VISA and MasterCard that became effective on November 5, 2021.
If your card issuer does not support 3D Secure 2.0ver, you will not be able to make a payment.

Payment Confirmation

If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you do not receive any e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Name Badge / Program and Abstract Book

Those who register as Regular Attendance
Program and Abstract book and name badge will be provided on-site.
Those who register as Online Attendance
Program and Abstract book PDF file with password will be available on our website.
Program and Abstract book and name badge are not sent to on-line attendees.

Receipt of Registration Fee and Certification

Receipt and Certification can be downloaded from your personal page.

Changes of Registration Details

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation requests will be accepted and no refunds will be given for registration.
