Late Registration	February 27 (Fri.), 2026 at noon - April 24 (Fri.), 2026

* The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

* Online registration only. Please be sure to make a registration through online before coming to the venue. No application procedure will be accepted at the venue in-person.

* All payment should be made only in Japanese yen.
* Registration fees except “JSPRS Members” category includes 10% tax.

MOU/MOU Candidate Societies / Countries

* 1) JSPRS Members are required to enter their membership number in online registration form.
* 2) Members of the societies that have been/will soon be agreed upon in the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) are considered MOU/MOU candidate members. Need to be verified his/her membership in MOU societies with an official certificate or letter.
* 3) Residents/Students: Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.
* 4) Medical Staff: Nurses, pharmacists, and radiologists belong to this category. Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.

Fee includes:

- Attendance in all scientific sessions and Exhibition

- Luncheon Seminars *Pre-registration is required

* Welcome Reception is NOT included in the Registration fee. Participant needs to purchase a ticket to attend the Welcome Reception.
Please note that seat availability of the Welcome Reception is limited, and the tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

Luncheon Seminars

Pre-registration is required for the luncheon seminars.
Details will be announced on the website later.
*Seminars are conducted in Japanese

Payment

Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.

- Payment should be made only in Japanese yen and by credit card.

- Credit cards listed below can be used to make payments via on-line.

- The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design Registration".

Receipt / Participation certificate

Receipt and certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your registration account.

- Receipt: from immediately after the payment is completed until May 25 (Mon.)

- Certificate: from the first day of the meeting (April 22) until May 25 (Mon.)

Notification to attendees after registration

- After completing each step of the registration process, a total of three emails will be automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login password of your registered account.

- Please save your payment confirmation email as you will need it at the venue.

- Please be sure that your email account does not automatically discard the confirmation to the spam folder.
Especially for Gmail users,
Please be sure to check your "Junk Mail" folder, as notification e-mail may be automatically sorted into this folder.

- If you do not receive any confirmation emails within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Changes of Registration

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation requests will be accepted, and no refunds will be given for registration.

The 69th JSPRS Secretariat recognizes the importance of personal information and the importance of our responsibility to protect privacy. Please note that personal information in the registration system will not be used for purposes other than the meeting. Your information will be stored in controlled servers with limited access.
