   The Registration Desk and General Information Desk is located at the 5th Floor, Foyer
   (The Conference Center, PACIFICO YOKOHAMA)

   

2. Registration Hours
   March 9 (Thu.) 15:00-17:00
   March 10 (Fri.) 7:00-19:00
   March 11 (Sat.) 7:30-16:00
3. Registration Fees JPY20,000
   Payments on-site should be made by either Japanese yen (cash) or one of the following credit cards, VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express.
   Registration fee includes:
   -Abstract Book
   -Name Card
   -Welcome Reception
       Date and Time: March 10 (Fri.) 19:15-21:15
       Venue: Inter Continental Yokohama Grand,3F Pacific
   -Lunch (Lunch will be served at March 10 and 11)

Cloak

Cloak will be available at the 5th Floor, Room #511 (The Conference Center, PACIFICO YOKOHAMA).

Message board

A message board will be available in front of the registration desk.

Paging

Please note that paging service by side screen is available only in emergencies.

Meal

March 10 (Fri.)
Lunch box will be provided at Luncheon Seminar from 12:20 to 13:20.

March 11 (Sat.)
Light meal box will be provided at Morning Seminar from 7:30 to 8:30.
Lunch box will be provided at Luncheon Seminar from 12:45 to 13:45.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the venue.

Please switch off your cellular phone or set it to silent mode throughout the meeting.
