Registration Fees

Pre-registration (Until Feb. 3, 2023)	On–site Registration (Mar. 9-11, 2023)
15,000 JPY	20,000 JPY

* All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.

Registration Fee includes:
 - Participation in Scientific Program
 - Conference Materials (Abstract Book, Name badge)
 - Welcome Reception (March 10)
 - Lunch (Lunch will be served on March 10 & 11)

* Registration will be completed after payment.

* All participants making scientific presentations must be pre-registered and make payment by Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card through the online system.
VISA, MasterCard, JCB or AMEX are accepted.

Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.

On-site registration: Credit Card and cash are acceptable at the on-site registration.

Our system is supported by a credit card security system called 3-D Secure for certain cardholders in order to provide a more secure online payment experience. For further information, please refer to instructions shown upon payment. 
Your credit card statement will show that the payment has been made to the name of JTB Communication Design Inc., which is the agent handling registration.

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically after the registration account has been created.
If you do not receive any e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Name Badge/Abstract Book

Name Badge and Abstract book will be provided at the venue.

Receipt and Certificate

Receipt of registration fee and certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your personal page within the following period.

<Receipt>
immediately after the payment is completed - one month after the end of the conference

<Certificate>
first day of the conference (Mar. 9) - one month after the end of the conference

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must notify the registration office by e-mail by February 3.
The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the Registration Office receives notification of cancellation.

Cancellation notified by	Cancellation fee
23:59pm, February 3, 2023 (Japan standard time)	50% of the fee
After February 4, 2023	100% of the fee (No refund)
