*1 Student registration category is for
undergraduate students only.
Undergraduate students registering must provide proof of their undergraduate status.
Please be advised that student category will not be applied for students who have full time
job.
Undergraduate students must upload a student ID card or documentation from their university or
professor during online registration that verifies the following:
(1) Undergraduate student status at the time of the meeting (the student ID card must display a
valid expiration date. If the expiration date is printed on the back of the card, the back must
also be uploaded).
(2) The participant's name and university affiliation clearly stated in English.
*2 KSBMT members can attend the reception free of charge.
No need to apply during online registration.
PAYMENT
Must be made in Japanese yen.
Only credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club) are accepted.

The following four seminars will be conducted in English and require advance registration via the
online registration form.

Pick up your seminar tickets at the General Information Desk at the venue.
Please note that each seminar has a limited capacity, and tickets will be provided on a first-come,
first-served basis.

- After completing each step of the registration process, a total
of three emails will be
automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login password of your
registered account.
- Please be sure that your email account does not automatically
discard the confirmation to the spam folder.

Please be sure to check the “junk mail folder” or other folder, as it may be
automatically sorted into this folder.

NAME BADGE
Please present your "[JSTCT2026] Payment Confirmation" e-mail sent from the registration office
at the General Information Desk at the venue to receive your name badge.
You will not be allowed to enter sessions, exhibitions, and official events without your name
badge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be made for any reason.
Also, no refunds will be made in case of double payment.
