Registration
The registration desk is open during the following hours;

* Entrance of the Building is open at 9:00 a.m., and close at 21:00 p.m.
Name Badge
Each delegate will receive a name badge upon registration. For security reasons, all participants are requested to wear their name badges during all meeting activities.
Internet Access
Free Wireless Internet access is provided in the lobby on the 1st floor.
SSID & Password: Please ask the staff in the registration desk.
Refreshments and Boxed Lunches
Beverages will be available in Poster Room (3rd floor) and in front of Oral Room 2 (2nd floor).
Some refreshments and boxed lunches will be distributed at the following sessions.

- Afternoon Seminar: snacks
Please note that the above refreshments will be served on first-come-first-served basis.
