There is no registration cashier at the venue. Please complete your registration at this page in advance and show the payment completion email at the reception desk.

Registration Deadlines:
Early-Bird Registration: March 23, 2022 18:00 (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9)
Late Registration: April 21 – 24, 2022 18:00 (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9)

Late Registration: Started on April 15.

(※1) Residents and Fellows must provide a certified document to prove the personal status.

Payment

Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) only.

Note:
Payments cannot be made with "cards that are not compatible with 3D Secure 2.0ver" due to the rule change of VISA and MasterCard that became effective on November 5, 2021.
If your card issuer does not support 3D Secure 2.0ver, you will not be able to make a payment.
Please contact your card issuer to find out if it is compatible with 3D Secure 2.0ver.

Payment Confirmation

A Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically after you pay for registration.
If you do not receive an e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
