The 99th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Occupational Health (JSOH) is scheduled to take place in Osaka city, Osaka prefecture, Japan, May 27-30, 2026 at the Osaka International Convention Center.

The Special Program of the International Session in English will be held as part of this meeting.

The objective of this program is to foster internationalization within our organization by supporting JSOH members in disseminating information on a global scale and actively engaging as leaders on the global stage.

Furthermore, we aim to encourage speakers from both domestic and international backgrounds to present the latest findings from clinical and basic research. This is your opportunity to influence the scientific content and ensure that a wide range of relevant topics are presented at the meeting.

【Researchers applying】

1. Participants must be engaged in practical work or research in the field of occupational health.
2. Participants can submit one abstract only in this session (as the first author) and can submit two abstracts in this session as the co-authors.
3. All presentations in this International Session will be conducted in English.
4. Title should be 200 characters or less including spaces, in English.
5. Abstract should be 300 words or less, in English.
6. Please note that registration cannot be completed if the number of characters exceeds the specified conditions.
7. Abstracts should be submitted in the designated format.

• ・A few outstanding researchers are selected and awarded the Best Presentation Award. They will also receive its Certificate with the Travel Grant to participate future international conference.
• ・The presenters selected as this award will receive JPY¥100,000 as the Travel Grant for future international conference.
• ・All presentations will be given as oral presentations.
• ・Due to the high volume of abstract submissions, some presentations may be designated as poster presentations.
• ・The JSOH committee reserves the right to adopt or reject submitted presentations.
• ・Notifications of acceptance will be sent by March 2026.
